| Effective August 1, 2008, your Credit Union has entered
into an alliance allowing our VISA (debit) "Check Card"
cardholders access to a significant number of ATMs owned by other
participating credit unions without you having to pay ATM surcharge
fees. Participating ATMs will display both the Alliance One logo as
pictured above and one of the network logos indicated on the back of your
debit card (e.g. STAR, Cirrus). This alliance will
currently allow you access to over 45 ATMs within a 50 mile radius of
Charleston, including over 100 ATMs within the state of West Virginia and
over 4,500 ATMs nationwide. We believe this enhancement, available through our checking accounts, will provide additional value to you and strengthen our relationship as we build on our past achievements gained through shared values.
