CAMC Federal Credit Union takes your online security seriously, therefore, we utilize a new security measure called Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for our CU-Online home banking site. MFA helps guard against fraudulent online activity like "Phishing" scams by providing an additional level of privacy and protection 24/7 to your financial information even when you aren't transacting financially online.

MFA works by assigning you a secret image on your computer when you enroll the initial time. You will also be prompted to select a secret phrase and answer a series of approximately 3 personal questions. This combination of measures will help to verify your identity as well as insure you that you are logging on to our secure site for your on-line banking usage. Additionally, the system also checks the computer used to access your on-line account information and if it does not recognize the computer you may be required to take additional measures to verify your identity such as answering your 3 person questions.
